How much does it cost?

Minimum Food Order	$15.00 (excluding tax and delivery fee) or $30 before 3pm

Delivery Charge	Minimum $5.99 ($4.99 ONLINE) delivery charge per restaurant, depending on how far your zone is from the restaurant. Ordering from a restaurant out of your zone may cost extra. Delivery charges waived on all orders over $200
Order Processing Fee	4% (This fee is waived for all orders over $200) All of our orders include a 4% order processing fee that we stand behind to take care of everything about your delivery, from taking your order to delivering everything on time, accurate and as you requested. If you are not totally satisfied with your experience or don't feel the value of our service, we will "make it right" for you right away!
Suggested Gratuity	15% (A 15% gratuity will be added to orders over $60.00 and to all hotel orders.)

How long does it take to get my order?

For On-Demand orders, your food will arrive within 45-60* minutes from the time you hang up the phone.

*Delivery times depend on Size of Order, Peak Meal Times, Restaurant Preparation Time, Weather, Traffic, and Distance from Restaurant.

Please note that for the safety of your delivery professional, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Large lunch orders take an average of 75 minutes from the time you hang up the phone until arrival.

For Day-In-Advance orders, food will be delivered to your location at your specified delivery time.

Does Takeout Express cater?

Yes! We specialize in coordinating drop-off catering, buffet, or individual portions for groups of any size. For large orders our restaurant partners request advance notice. If you need something more formal or a custom menu, let us know. We can help.

What areas are available?

Acadiana area:
Delivery is available to ALL of Lafayette and MOST of Acadiana (Higher food minimums may apply for Scott, Duson, Maurice, Milton, Youngsville, Broussard, Carencro, Breaux Bridge, Opelousas, New Iberia, Sunset, Crowley, Rayne, Church Point, Erath, Grand Coteau, and Jennings.)

Baton Rouge area:
Delivery is available to all of Baton Rouge south of S. Choctaw, as well as some surrounding cities. (Higher food minimums may apply for Port Allen, Zachary, Denham Springs, Walker, Shenandoah, Port Vincent, Prarieville, Gonzales, Plaquemine, St. Gabriel, Dutchtown, Hobart, Duplessis, White Castle, Dennis Mills, Walker, Livingston, and Donaldsonville.)

Can I order from any restaurant?

No, only our partner restaurants. That way you can be assured of a timely delivery and the quality of your experience.

Should we tip our driver?

As contracted delivery professionals, the drivers rely on tips for the majority of their income. 15% is customary and greatly appreciated. Your drivers do provide their own vehicle and gas.
